Returns & Refunds Policy
This policy applies only to customers located in the European Union or European Economic Area.
Customers outside the EU/EEA may be subject to our standard returns and refunds policy, unless otherwise required by the consumer protection laws of their country.
Returns, Refunds & Non-Returnable Items
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our returns and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
EU/EEA Customers: 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the EU/EEA, you have the statutory right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless a legal exception applies.
To request a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items should be returned in their original condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, seals and accessories intact where applicable.
Please note that certain items are excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law, as set out below.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by applicable consumer law:
1. Innerwear
For hygiene reasons, innerwear such as boxers, boxer shorts, trunks, briefs, underwear and similar items cannot be returned once the hygiene seal, packaging or protective wrapping has been opened after delivery.
2. Customised or Personalised Items
Items that are made to the customer’s specifications, customised, or clearly personalised cannot be returned.
3. Sealed Software, Video Games and Similar Media
Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, XBOX, PC games and other sealed software, video games, audio or video products, or games related products cannot be returned once the original seal has been opened after delivery.
4. Digital Products / Digital Content / Product Codes
Digital products, digital content or product codes cannot be cancelled once access, download, streaming or performance has begun, where the customer has expressly agreed to this and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost.
5. Trading Card Games and Related Products
Sealed and unopened Trading Card Games and related products may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period where applicable.
For change-of mind returns, Trading Card Games and related products must be returned UNOPENED and in their original sealed condition.
Opened cases (sealed removed), opened packs, opened boxes, broken shrink wrap, or seal-broken products are generally not eligible for a refund for change-of-mind returns. Opening them may reduce their value, and in any cases, any refund may be reduced accordingly.
6. Apparel
For change-of-mind returns, apparel must be returned unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, in its original condition, and with the original TIFH tag attached and intact.
The TIFH tag forms part of the item’s original condition and helps us verify that the item has not been worn, used, altered, or tampered with.
If the TIFH tag has been removed, broken, cut, damaged, or tampered with, the item may no longer be eligible for a full refund. In such cases, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value, up to the full value of the item, where permitted by applicable law.
7. Jewelry
Standard jewelry may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period where applicable, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, certain jewelry items such as pierced earrings may not be returnable once the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened after delivery, where permitted by law.
Customised or personalised jewelry cannot be returned.
8. Tech / Electronics
Tech and electronic items may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period where applicable, provided they are returned in their original condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, seals and components included.
If the item has been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value, where permitted by law.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are subject to the applicable laws of the customer’s country.
Used, redeemed, partially redeemed, or expired gift cards cannot be refunded.
10. Sale Items
Sale items are subject to the same statutory withdrawal rights unless a legal exception applies.
Used, Damaged or Incomplete Returns
Returned items must be in their original condition.
If an item is returned used, worn, washed, damaged, altered, incomplete, missing packaging, missing accessories, or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value, where permitted by law.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Where required by applicable consumer protection law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction.

- The item you wish to return
- The reason for return
- Photos or videos, if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect
We will review your request and provide further return instructions.
Please do not send any items back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by law, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Items remain the customer’s responsibility until they reach us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Refunds
If you cancel your order under the applicable statutory right of withdrawal and return the entire order, we will refund the item price and the standard original delivery fee, where required by law.
If you selected a more expensive delivery option, such as express, priority, or special delivery, we will only refund the amount equivalent to our standard delivery option, unless otherwise required by law.
If you return only part of your order, the original delivery fee may not be refunded.
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, provided that we informed you of this before purchase.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
