We only allow cancellation within 2 hours of when you place your order.
Once you have received an email stating that your order is processed, no cancellation is allowed.
Do immediately email to email@example.com or call/whatsapp us at +65 8809 5818 if you wish to cancel (within 2 hours from the time order is placed) and our customer service team will guide you on your cancellation and how you will get your funds back.
Your orders may be shipped separately as we may have sent your items in separate parcels. We advise you to look out for the shipping updates of your orders to ensure that the missing items are either still on it's way or will be ship out soon.
If your order has been sent out in separate parcels, each delivery note will indicate to you the items. Please check and ensure that each of your items are inside and you're not missing anything.

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We will not refund any order/delivery that is rejected due to failure to make payment for taxes and duties.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
Yes, we do accept returns (unless otherwise stated in the product description page). If you would like to return a product, please do email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days from the date of when your order is delivered.
Please note that there are no returns allowed for Tech/Electronics items. Returns and refunds are only allowed if it is to manufacturing error (determined by the brand).
