International orders (shipped out of origin country: Singapore) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, brokerage fees, and/or other charges once the parcel reaches the destination country.
All such charges are the responsibility of the customer or recipient. Customers are responsible for clearing their own customs requirements in their country or at their delivery address, including providing any required documents, information, tax identification numbers, permits, or payments requested by customs authorities or the courier.
International orders are shipped on a duties and taxes unpaid basis unless expressly stated otherwise. This Is For Him is not responsible for assisting with parcels that are delayed, held, rejected, confiscated, abandoned, or stuck at customs. We are also not responsible for arranging or assisting with returns where a parcel is rejected, unclaimed, refused, or unable to clear customs.
We will not refund any order or delivery that is rejected, returned, delayed, abandoned, confiscated, destroyed, or undelivered due to unpaid duties, taxes, handling fees, customs charges, import restrictions, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, or failure to complete customs clearance.
If a parcel is returned to us or if additional charges are billed to us due to the customer’s failure to complete customs clearance, refusal to accept the parcel, or failure to pay applicable charges, the customer will be responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, storage fees, disposal fees, courier administration fees, and any penalties. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered can be legally imported into their country. We are not responsible if an item is delayed, rejected, confiscated, returned, destroyed, or subject to additional charges due to local import laws or restrictions.
We are required to declare the full and accurate value of all items in accordance with customs regulations. We are unable to mark orders as gifts, underdeclare order values, or alter customs documentation to avoid duties, taxes, or import fees.
