We only allow cancellation within 2 hours of when you place your order. 

Do immediately email to info@thisisforhim.com or message/whatsapp us at +65 8080 9132 if you wish to cancel (within 2 hours from the time order is placed) and our customer service team will guide you on your cancellation and how you will get your funds back.  

Any cancellation requested after 2 hours will be charged with a 5% transaction fee. 

 

 

We ship worldwide! We do not have restrictions on the country we ship to unless due to shipping constrains. 

In most cases, customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. 

You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We will not refund any order/delivery that is rejected due to failure to make payment for taxes and duties.

This Is For Him has no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Yes, we do accept returns (unless otherwise stated in the product page or category stated below). 

Innerwear (due to hygiene reasons, boxers/boxer shorts/trunks/briefs are not returnable)

Jewelry

Tech/Electronics (returns are allowed if it is due to manufacturing error - to be determined by the brand). 

Nintendo Switch Games (Due to the nature of this product type, no returns or refunds are accepted)

We will not accept returns if the item has been used. 

For apparels, returns are not allowed if the tag (with TIFH logo) is broken. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURNS ARE NOT ALLOWED AFTER 3 DAYS FROM DATE OF DELIVERY. (For example, if your package is delivered on 1st Jan, you are to inform us of your intention to return latest by 3rd Jan.) 

Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy. This can take up to 3 working days.   After the return has been approved, it takes up to 14 working days for us to process the refund. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us.   Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited after you have receive the confirmation email. If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.   Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if the return is due to a defective or wrong item.
