Every hero needs an arch frenemy, and King Dedede is Kirby's! He calls himself King, but he doesn't have a lot of interest in ruling. His hobbies include eating, stirring up trouble, and yelling orders at his loyal Waddle Dees while bashing things with his huge hammer. In the Kirby™ Air Riders game, King Dedede and others can ride machines like the Tank Star: an Air Ride Machine that rushes forward on Boost Dashes. Boost Charges help it tackle turns at a rapid pace.

In the Kirby™ Air Riders game, place this King Dedede amiibo™ figure on the Tank Star amiibo to create a Rider & Air Ride Machine combo. Tap the amiibo to train it up as a FP (Figure Player), which will gain FP levels and machine proficiency. If you have another Air Ride Machine amiibo, you can place King Dedede amiibo onto the other machine to create a new Rider & Air Ride Machine combo and earn machine proficiency. King Dedede will retain FP levels when placed and tapped with a different machine.
