1805 was originally derived from a formulation known as the “Palmerston Bouquet”, created for Lord Palmerston. The Prime Minister during Queen Victoria’s reign was an avid Truefitt & Hill client, as was the monarch herself. This light, fresh, oceanic fragrance – created in 1999 in homage to that incredible period in British history – has top notes of white melon, bergamot and lemon, combined with a lily, jasmine and rose heart, resting on a base of spicy wood, moss, amber and musk. Face the day in the most refreshing way possible, with a little bit of history in every step. Presented in a beautifully etched traditional bottle.
